  6. Newinfo stems from a personal need of wanting a menu system that was easy to
  7. maintain and even easier for people to use.
  8.  
  9. I have chosen to write the system in bash because of it's wide use and 
  10. easability to read.  This saves you having to recompile everytime you
  11. ammend anything to it.
  12.  
  13. New-info is very straight forward.  Edit the file newinfo to your likings.
  14. Run the install program and you are ready to go.
  15.  
  16. The install program copies the newinfo program to /usr/local/bin/
  17. The actual text files it reads by default will reside in /usr/doc/newinfo.

  19. Apart from that the system is fairly straight forward.
